Apricot Maple Baked Brie Pastry
Apricot with Maple adds warmth and golden fruit flavor to baked Brie, making it perfect for dessert boards or holiday entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie
- ¼ cup Apricot with Maple
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brie in the center of the puff pastry. Spoon Apricot with Maple over the top and add nuts if using.
Wrap the pastry around the Brie, sealing the edges. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Serving Note
Serve with apple slices, crackers, or toasted baguette.
