Black Raspberry Preserve Chocolate Tart Finish
Black Raspberry Preserve pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, adding berry depth and gentle acidity.
Ingredients
- 1 baked chocolate tart or chocolate ganache tart
- ⅓ cup Black Raspberry Preserve
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- Flaky sea salt, optional
- Fresh raspberries or blackberries, optional
Method
Warm Black Raspberry Preserve with water until smooth and glossy. Spoon a thin layer over the top of a cooled chocolate tart.
Finish with flaky sea salt and fresh berries if desired.
Serving Note
Also excellent over brownies, flourless chocolate cake, or chocolate cheesecake.
