Blackberry Jelly Vanilla Ice Cream Ripple
Blackberry Jelly creates a glossy, dark fruit ribbon through vanilla ice cream, semifreddo, or whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- ⅓ cup Blackberry Jelly
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh blackberries, optional
Method
Stir Blackberry Jelly with lemon juice until smooth. Spoon softened ice cream into a freezer-safe container, layering with ribbons of jelly.
Gently swirl with a knife. Freeze until firm.
