Raw Honey Ricotta Toast with Berries
A simple dessert toast or brunch sweet built around creamy ricotta, fruit, and raw honey.
Ingredients
- 2 slices toasted sourdough or brioche
- ½ cup ricotta
- 1–2 tablespoons Raw Honey
- Fresh berries
- Lemon zest
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
Spread ricotta over toasted bread. Top with fresh berries, drizzle with Raw Honey, and finish with lemon zest and a pinch of sea salt.
Serving Note
