Rhubarb Vanilla Earl Grey Yogurt Parfait
Tart rhubarb, soft vanilla, and aromatic Earl Grey make this parfait feel elegant without requiring any cooking.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt or crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons Rhubarb Preserve with Vanilla Bean & Earl Grey
- ¼ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon toasted almonds or pistachios
- Fresh berries, optional
Method
Spoon half the yogurt into a glass. Add a layer of Rhubarb Preserve with Vanilla Bean & Earl Grey, then granola. Repeat with remaining yogurt and preserve.
Finish with toasted nuts and fresh berries if desired.
Serving Note
This also works beautifully as a brunch dessert or a simple afternoon treat.
