Sour Cherry Preserve Cheesecake Spoon Sauce
Sour Cherry Preserve turns a simple cheesecake, pound cake, or vanilla ice cream into a composed dessert. The preserve brings the flavor of cherry pie filling with a brighter, more elegant finish.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Sour Cherry Preserve
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon kirsch or bourbon, optional
Method
Warm the Sour Cherry Preserve, lemon juice, and water in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until glossy and spoonable. Add kirsch or bourbon if using.
