Strawberry Sea Salt Shortcake
Strawberry Preserve with Sea Salt gives classic shortcake a deeper, more balanced strawberry flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 biscuits or shortcakes
- ½ cup Strawberry Preserve with Sea Salt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Pinch of flaky sea salt, optional
Method
Split biscuits or shortcakes in half. Spoon Strawberry Preserve with Sea Salt over the bottom half. Add fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
Top with the second half and finish with a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt if desired.
Serving Note
This is especially good for brunch, summer desserts, or afternoon tea.
